1. Re-establish direct contact with all the member associations

A. Update the directory of the member associations, including the names of the International Commissioners

B. Send a presentation letter to introduce the new team

C. Take part in the WAGGGS European Conference and have an informal meeting with the associations

D. Organise a seminar for the association managers on important issues

April 2005

E. Send a letter inviting the associations to pay their membership fee

April 2004

 

 

 

2. Re-establish contact with all the NON-member associations

A. Update the directory of NON-member associations, including the names of the International Commissioners

Immediately

B. Send a letter to the associations explaining who we are, what we do and inviting them to join us

April 2004 and February 2005

C. Invite the NON-member associations to take part in the activities organised by ICCG (meeting at the WAGGGS Conference, seminars, Camp of The Living Stones…)

3. Strengthen contact with WAGGGS, The Church and ICCS

A. Take part in the WAGGGS Conference

B. Participate in joint meetings with ICCS EM team and organise joint activities (spiritual moments during WAGGGS and WOSM European Conference, Camp of The Living Stones, World Youth Day)

C. Take part in World Youth Day and organise a meeting for guides and scouts there

4. Offer educational tools and opportunities for training of leaders

A. Camp of The Living Stones for leaders (20-30 years old) in association with ICCS

B. Put on the website activities used in different associations to educate in faith

C. Organise a spiritual moment during  the WAGGGS Conference

D. Organise a seminar on important issues for all associations

5. Contribute to the production of a document on the history of ICCG, to be published  in 2005 to celebrate the 40 years of the existence of ICCG

A. Interviews with Don Giorgio Basadonna and Marie Therese Cheroutre

6. Improve the contents of the European section of the ICCG web site

A. Send Celine Gelinas (webmaster) regular updates for European Section (photos, letters to associations, information about activities…)
