To the Member Associations and ICCG correspondents

Dear friends,

According to what has been agreed at the Warsaw World Council on counting with a Data Bank which not only makes exchanges between the Associations easier but also expedites communication between the world and regional levels with the national organizations, we need to receive the information on the sheet attached as soon as posible (before February 20th 2007) (Appendix I).   ( From the mebmaster: This appendix is in Word and can be downloaded, completed and sent back by mail. )

On the other hand, we repeat the request made in letter 2 for volunteers from your member Associations to cooperate with the ICCG website (Resolutions 3, 4 and 7), as well as to form part of the Financial team which has been considered a matter of necessity and urgency during previous meetings by both the Regions and the Council (in the Resolutions 27 and 28).

We have finished the document “The path of the Community”, high translation charges are delaying its publication. Here we have, then, our third request for help, volunteers who can, cooperate with Spanish – English as well as Spanish – French translations.

As regards the institutional autoevaluation proposed during the previous term and which has had a very lukewarm response, the Council has encouraged its repetition. That´s the reason why we are sending it again as an attached file and we request a response back as soon as possible, it will give us a lot of interesting elements for our triennial work. Renewed in the hope of Jesus who came to set up his tent among us, let´s ask for strength and courage to do, with enthusiasm, the best, for our girls and teenagers, for our adolescents and adults.

The ICCG requires commited work from everybody because it is the Associations which form part of it.
