Arrival of the participants
to the meeting on July 15, 2006 and starting activities in the
evening
World meeting : from 16th to 20th of july 2006 (inclusive)
Arrivals and departures :
in the morning of the 21st, the departure of the participants
that
are not delegates of the Associations following the World Council, and
arrival for the
Member Associations which hadn’t sent participants to the Meeting
World Council: from the 21st of July, 2006 at 03.00 P.M to the 23rd of July at 06.00 P.M.
Departure of all the
delegates from 23rd at 06.00 P.M and during the
following morning.
Please note that participants to the World Council Meeting should necessarily participate in the World Gathering as well. The orientations to be voted at the Council meeting will have to be inspired by the dynamics of the World Gathering.

It is an ICCG interest that the biggest amount of member
organizations can be present in Warsaw, that’s why we have tried
to adjust the maximum value so that it is accessible for all of
them.
The different prices arise taking into account the cost of life
in the different regions, From this on the price of the
participation in the Meeting and Council, per person, will be:
Europe 400€
Middle East 300€
Latin America 200€
Africa 100€
This scale has been foreseen based on the presence of a maximum
of 3 people by organization; if one
organization decides to send a bigger amount of delegates the
cost of the event, from the fourth member
on, will be 400 €..
For the participants from Europe:
the cost for the participation of the
Meeting is 300€ and for those who only come to the
Council 100€.

The Meeting is
going to be in summer.
Take adequate clothes, as well light warm clothes, comfortable shoes and
something to protect yourselves in case of rain.
The regulated uniform will be required for the
opening and closing ceremonies, going out round the city and peregrination.

Each
delegation foresees taking

Association.
- handcrafts from its country, to make a handcraft fair,
- as
well as
any product that can be donated for the
auction that will be done in benefit of
the Conference
- a graphic presentation about the realities that in its country affect the world of the girls and teenagers in what respects to children work, situation of the immigrants, marginality, health problems related to poverty, educational proposals, sexual abuse, violence, etc. as well as the organizations that work with these situations for its resolution and projects managed or shared in which the guides participate. It is relevant to dispose statistic information if it existed some.

It seems that citizens of
Paraguay don't need visas anymore if they want to come to Poland
In all the cases we ask you to confront this information in your own
countries, whether in the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs or the
Foreign Office, or even in the Polish Embassy if there is one.
We reiterate that is
RESPONSIBILITY of every Association
the obtainment of the visas with enough
anticipation to the Council
and Meeting date. The ICCG will be not responsible of doing these
arrangements.
The countries that require the invitation of the ZHP must establish
communication, in time and way
(until
2 months before the Council and Meeting date), with the same Polish
Association sending a copy of
this solicitude to this secretary.
INSCRIPTIONS
PARTICIPANTS:
WORLD MEETING: the members of the
Associations with responsibilities in the areas of: presidency, commissionates,
programs, capacitation and/or animation of faith are invited, favoring the
presence of young leaders acting in these ones.
WORLD COUNCIL: the following are
invited to the Council according to the article 9 of the Statute of ICCG.
• Two representatives of each member association ,
with commandment of the decisive organism to compromise of the
Association to
compromise this to the decisions of the ICCG.
• The national Chaplain of each member association.
