                                                 Organisational structure

ZHP is active all over Poland. The basic unit of ZHP is a Troop, consisting of 15-20 people on average.
A few troops of at least two age groups can form a scout group. The troops within a scout group
cooperate closely with each other organising joint events and summer camps. Troops from a town or part
of bigger city make up a District. Districts from a specified area of Poland constitute a Region.
At present there are 17 Scout Regions. The highest authority of ZHP is the Congress, which meets every 4 years.
