§      Training Area

Resolution Proposal: pending from the previous triennium

PUBLISHING WORK DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASSOCIATIONS, INSTRUCTORS AND LEADERS.

§       Justification

The training of the adult members is a must and a matter of urgency. Everybody needs to reflect upon our educational practices, faith education within our Movement, the children and adolescents’ realities in a time of changes in which big groups are excluded and lack representation.

Guiding is understood as a space and a time for multiple learning types where life is the center, is present and an opportunity. The adults within the Movement should be trained in resilience for making the group a space for growing in pro-sociable matters, participation, insertion in the local community, healthy bonds and work in solidarity.

The guiding pedagogy as a way of teaching and learning can offer its richness to other adults who work with children and adolescents, making them protagonists, believing in the richness that can be found in the differences and in the necessity of the company and presence of the educator.
