Objectives |
|
§ The education of the adult members is a need and a demand. We all need to think about our educational practice, the education towards faith inside our organization, the realities of children and teenagers in this world of change, in which many people is excluded and lacks of representation. The Guidism is reread as a time and place of multiple learnings were life is central, present and choice. Adults inside the organization should be educated in resilience, so as to make from the group, a place of growing participation, pro socialisation, healthy bonds, insertion in the local communities and solidarity. Guide pedagogy regarding the way of educating and learning may offer its fruits to some other adults working with children and teenagers, because of its way of giving the youth a place, because of believing on how positive differences are and how essential is the presence and the company of the educator. |
§ Make working and educating documents for educators both inside outside our movement. |
