Dear Friends,

   We address you this new letter with some supplementary information, a travel form and the report from Togo.

Poster

  Silvia Staib de Chanes, who coordinates the teams preparing the Gathering in Argentina sent us a letter   
  to-day asking each delegation to bring along ( for the opening ceremony) a small poster expressing
  either a message of peace or a wish for the world on behalf of the guides of their associations.
  Please do work on this.

We also received some requests for clarification concerning the grant of 1 500 US$ to be given to associations that had registered until the 4^th of June.
           - As mentioned in letter N° 8 , the grants will be given to countries from Africa, Latin America, Central and
             Eastern Europe.

          - As regards the countries from the Middle-East the grant given by the Oeuvres d’Orient concerns only the
            countries of the Middle-East and has been equitably shared out amongst them.

It seems to us important that each association should take its share in the financing of their delegates’ participation to the
Gathering and Council meeting

For those associations who have registered after the 4^th of June , particularly for the Latin American countries, we will distribute
the resources available according to the distance they have to travel. But we will try to distribute the available funds also equitably
as far as African or Central and East European countries are concerned.

Our gathering will take place in a month’ time, and we wish you a good preparation for the event and we are most happy to meet you in Buenos Aires.

Do not forget to send your travel form to Marie-Thérèse Marchad by fax or by e-mail. She’ll forward it to Argentina.
