Dear Sir/ Madam,

In fulfillment of the par. 5 (Title III) of the Bye-Laws of this International Catholic Conference of Guiding we convoke all the Member Associations to the celebration of its World Council, in a regular way according to the foreseen times established in the article 12 of the Constitution.

This one will be held from the 21st of July, 2006 at 03.00 p.m to the 23rd of July 2006 at 06.00 pm, in the city of Konstantin, Poland, with the purpose of dealing with the following Order of the Day.

• Constitution of the Presidium
• Presentation of the procedures
• Presentation of the ICCG Evaluation
• Affiliation of the following National Organizations: SCOUTS AND GUIDES ASSOCIATION
  FROM COSTA RICA and GUIDES DU TCHAD.
• Reading and approbation of the Report on Activities and Finances of the Triennium at
   Regional and World Level.
• Realization of the Regional Assemblies- Responsible Election- Writing of the proposals for
   the future of the regions.
• Election of the new World Responsible.
• Ratification of the election of the regional responsibles and their teams
• Vote of the place for the Next World Council and Meeting (2009)
• Various Matters.
