To the International Commissionaires of the
Correspondent and Member Associations

Dear Friends,

Our Conference has existed for 40 years. The Warsaw Meeting and Council will make us be in contact with the most significant moments of our common history… a living history that is memory and future, that expresses our search and compromise of living Jesus Gospel in Guiding.

Forty years is a good moment to check and evaluate, to understand our here and now as the ICCG; doing it from the view that the National Organizations, the Responsibles and regional Teams, the World Responsible, The Chaplain, our secretary and our Treasurer have. And from this view, think together what needs to be adjusted or renewed, how to improve and make more dynamic the common work.

If the Conference is essentially made by the associations that form it, the participation of all of them in this process is essential. Because of that we ask you to invest some time on answering as deeply as possible the questionnaire here attached, respecting the times of the following chronogram.
 

The first session of the World Council will be dedicated to share and deepen the shared view and the suggestions for the future, so that they are the bases of the regional and general work that will be done in the following sessions.

                                                        ANALISYS QUESTIONNAIRE

First Part

    ¬        When thinking about these questions about the mission or the ICCG goals as web as its
           regional and world functioning, take into account
                  - the formation Meetings at a regional level and the World Meeting;
                  - the formation documents,
                  - the communication at a regional and general level;
                  - the web page and its updating level,
                  - the reflections and contributions of the Conference and its Association and of
                    your Association to the Conference;
                  - the relationship of the Conference with the Holy See; the World Association; the
                     Conference of the International Catholic Conferences.

  ¬     Have available
               - your world and regional working plan for your work,
               - as well as the Catholic Letter and t
               - he documents that define our identity.

  ¬    If you want to include other matters don’t doubt about it.

a. Strengths:

        1.     Which are for your Association the  most meaningful reasons to belong to the ICCG?
      2.      What is more satisfactory in the functioning of the Conference?
      3.   How would you enrich your Association its belonging to the ICCG. How do the
             themes of the triennial Conferences, the pedagogical documents, the regional
             meetings are taken as an advantage by your association?
      4.     Which are the most meaningful resources we count on as ICCG?
      5.   How can we keep or enrich our strong points?
      6.   Other things that you consider important.

b. Weaknesses

        1.     Where are the weak points of the Conference?
       2.    What should we avoid?
       3.    How can we solve the weak points?
       4.    What actions are possible to be proposed?
       5.    With which solutions of the proposals can the National Association compromise
             itself?
       6.    Any other you consider important to detail?

c. Opportunities

    1.  What expectatives have the Association about the future of the ICCG?
    2.  Which are the needs of the Association that the Conference could help to fulfill?
    3.  Which are the tendencies at the level of the regional level that can be seen?
    4.  Which possibilities of new actions, work together with other associations and
         organizations, do you believe exist? 
    5.  Others...

              - who receives,
              - how you make them circulate,
              - in which levels of organizations,
              - their uses if there are, etc.
