Dear sister,

The reason why I am writing this letter is to show my concern regarding the submission of the list of candidates for the following positions: World Executive, Regional Executives and Regional Team Members.

In letter 7, all the conditions, according to the Bylaws, were stated as well as the positions that are re- elegible and the ones that are coming to and end.

The future of ICCG depends on the commitment on the part of the National Organizations to placing people who are able and ready to lead and liven up the ICCG.

This will enable the ICCG to continue with its mission and make it more dynamic through new ideas, views and proposals.

Moreover, the candidate/s’ name/s for the World Executive position should be sent as soon as possible. According to the existing regulations, the PCFL in Rome should be informed about it, therefore, we ask you to discuss this topic within your National Councils or Boards urgently.

Furthermore, the Council requires active participation and assistance from the member Associations when taking decisions.

We need you to send us the enrollment sheet (letter 10, page 3) for your Association’s representatives urgently.
