Dear Friends,
We contact you once more because of our next World Council and Meeting to be
held in Wersaw during the next year, widening the invitations we have made
to the above mentioned events. Letter N° 6 and the letter from the ZHP
(Polish Association of Scouting and Guiding.)
THEMATIC LINE:
education for solidarity and life in group as a way of construction of
peace.

16TH
WORLD MEETING DATE
MEETING:
the meeting programme
itself is going to be developed between the 6th and 20th of July, 2006
(inclusive).
ARRIVAL DAY:
the participants’
arrival at the meeting place is going to take place on the 15th of July
2006. On that same day all the administrative and economic matters will be
fulfilled: registers, accreditations, registration fees. At night, starting
activities are going to be held with all the participants.
DEPARTURE DAY:
the departure of the
participants that are not delegates of the Associations following the World
Council, are going to take place on the morning of the 21st.

21st WORLD COUNCIL DATE
From the 21st of July,
2006 at 03.00 P.M to the 23rd of July at 06.00 P.M
ARRIVAL DAY:
the Member Associations
which hadn’t sent participants to the meeting must foresee that their
participants arrive at the place during the morning of the 21st.
DEARTURE DAY:
the departure of all the delegates is going to take place from to 23rd at
06.00 P.M and during the following morning.
We remind the countries in ways of affiliation that their participation is
advisable, particularly in the 16th World Council.

PARTICIPANTS
WORLD
MEETING:
the members of the
Associations with responsibilities in the areas of: presidency,
commissionates, programs, capacitation and/or animation of faith are
invited, favoring the presence of young leaders acting in these ones.
WORLD COUNCIL:the
following are invited to the Council according to the article 9 of the
Statute of ICCG.
• Two representatives of each member association , with commandment of the
decisive organism to compromise of the Association to compromise this to the
decisions of the ICCG.
• The national Chaplain
of each member association.

information. Please do it through both means post and electronic mail to the

It will be understood that the countries which don’t send this
pre-registration until the above mentioned date will not send delegations
It is necessary to have this information because that the place where the
meeting and the Council will take place have only
120 places

PARTICIPATION
FEE
we
are working in the economic budget. It’s our intention not to exceed too
much the ones asked for the last Word Council and Meeting (Buenos Aires
2003).

IMPORTANT
On the
3rd page
of this sending you will
find the list of countries which
NEED VISA
to enter Poland. It’s
RESPONSIBILITY
of each country under
this situation to arrange and make viable these ones. The ZHP is at your
service under every requirement that any Association may need in relation
with this matter. (p.e- sending the invitation letter)
Likewise, each of the participants must foresee the hiring of an assistance
medical insurance.
We invite the
Associations to start working now for the participation of its delegates:
making contact with organizations of the country that can collaborate with
the costs of movement and registration, involving the Guide Groups to make
them feel also responsible of the presence of their association in this
event.

In all the cases we ask you to confront this information in your own countries,
whether in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Foreign Office, or even in the
Polish Embassy if there is one.
We reiterate
that is RESPONSIBILITY of every Association the obtainment of the visas with
enough anticipation to the Council and Meeting date. The ICCG will be not
responsible of doing these arrangements.
The countries that require the invitation of
the ZHP must establish communication, in time and way (until 2 months before the
Council and Meeting date), with the same Polish Association sending a copy of
this solicitude to this secretary.
